GOYA: ICT Learning initiative in West London

Golden Opportunity Youth Association (GOYA) is one of the 50 community centres that received computers through our new partnership with UK Online Centres.
Based in Southall, GOYA is a grassroots organisation that provides free support to the local community, including IT skills, to help them get back to work.
They had acquired their last refurbished PCs in 2009 when they became part of the UK Online Network. Most of these machines had broken down or had become obsolete.

As many other grassroots organisations around the country, it’s been difficult for them to survive in the past few years and buying brand new equipment was not an option, which is why they welcomed the opportunity to get our equipment at low cost.
