What does my donation support?

Your donation supports distributing refurbished computers to non-profit organisations and schools in over 100 countries, providing beneficiaries with access to vital educational resources.

Does Computer Aid only work overseas?

While our primary focus is on supporting communities in developing countries, we also work with organisations in the UK to refurbish equipment and provide digital skills training to those who need it most.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept donations via debit/credit card and bank transfer. All payment methods are secure, and your transaction details are encrypted.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors to ensure your donation and personal information are protected. Card payments are processed through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider.

Can I make a monthly donation?

Yes! We greatly appreciate monthly donations as they provide us with a reliable income stream to plan our programmes effectively. You can set up a monthly donation by selecting the “Monthly Donation” option at the top of the form.

Can I donate in another currency?

Currently, donations through this form are processed in British Pounds (£). However, if you would like to donate in another currency, please contact us directly and we can arrange alternative payment methods.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Computer Aid International is a registered UK charity (No. 1069256). UK taxpayers can increase the value of their donation through Gift Aid at no extra cost. For tax relief in other countries, please consult your local tax authority or contact us for guidance.
